Guest: Hello. I have a reservation. My name is Anna Kovács.

 

Receptionist: Let me check... Yes, Ms. Kovács. One room for two nights, correct?

 

Guest: Yes, that’s right.

 

Receptionist: May I see your passport, please?

 

Guest: Sure. Here it is.

 

Receptionist: Thank you. Here is your room key. You are in room 204, on the second floor. Breakfast is from 7 to 10 a.m.

 

Guest: Thank you. Is there Wi-Fi in the room?

 

Receptionist: Yes, of course. The password is on the key card.

 

Guest: Great, thank you.

Guest: No, I didn’t.
